End of Day

The end of a day
where strong breezes
swept across our arms and faces
and sunshine warmed our cool skin.

Driving home now
into setting sun that smears
the sky with orange, pink, navy, gray.
The straight road lined with thick tree growth
Follows the hilly topography.

Tree tops silhouette
against quickly changing colors.
Darkness chases last remnants of light
Pushing colors below the horizon.
Full orange moon rises boldly behind us.

(someone help me with this poem - please:)
