My prayer

How lovely are the feet of Him who brings good news.
How lovely are the mountaintops.

Surrounded by the massive Rockies, the intensity of awareness of God’s infinite power can send my mind into utter unconsciousness.
Unconscious. Me, unaware .
Yet I wonder if, at times, that it is actually the fullness of consciousness within that unites more fully with Him and all His thought. And when we are in that position, there is more than we can ‘consciously’ grasp and we enter into the state of ‘unconsciousness.’
Unconsciousness becomes that place when we are at one with Him more greatly than our finite level of understanding can comprehend. He is teaching us then and giving us ideas and leading us and cleansing us. He is quietly tearing out the junk, piece by broken piece, those lying and unsupportive and negative beliefs about ourselves that are in total contradiction to the reality He intends for us. In that state He is at work unstuffocating Himself in us. So that who He is in us can rise up and grow and be full and act and so that we can become all that He intends and so that the impact we make around us is truly in His name and we truly do become a positive force for change.

My prayer:
Father God, my Creator, my Redeemer and my Comforter, I humbly ask you to un-do the years of bad stuff in me. Cleanse me. So that I can be free as you are free within me. So that  my heart’s desires will be fulfilled because they have been planed by you. And this is possible and you will do this because on the cross you said, “it is finished.” In other words, all the work before and after is done, we only need to believe, to seek, to find, to live.  Thank you.
