Deep inside the smallest particle, there is only energy. Energy is in all and surrounds us from the inside out. God, who cannot be seen, is creator of energy and is energy. And so God is in us and around us.
Breathe deeply.
Draw in oxygen.
Draw in energy.
Breathe in God.
All of His creation can do this.
Humans have the added advantage of being created in His Image.
Breathe in. God outside of us, unites with God inside.
Contemplate the expanse of the action.
He joins with Himself, into every cell of our being.
More of Him is at work in us.
More of His character is expanded within.
Exhale and imagine exhaling negative, limiting, unsupportive beliefs that stuffocate the Image of God within.
I breathe in God.
I breathe out me.
His character has space and freedom
to be, to live, to do, to see, to hear through me.
Breathe in God.
